Challenge

Service providers in the event industry needed a centralized platform to manage their business operations. They were struggling with scattered tools for booking management, client communication, and portfolio showcasing. Providers needed real-time insights into their earnings, booking status, and client feedback to make data-driven decisions and grow their business.

Results

The Provider Dashboard offers a unified platform for managing all aspects of the provider's business. Features include real-time booking notifications, earnings analytics, portfolio management, and direct client messaging. Providers can now track their performance metrics, respond to booking requests instantly, and maintain their professional profiles with ease.

Process

Requirements Gathering: We interviewed service providers to understand their daily workflow, pain points, and essential features needed to manage their event services business effectively.

Dashboard Architecture: Designed a modular dashboard structure with dedicated sections for bookings, earnings, portfolio, messages, and settings to provide a comprehensive management experience.

UI/UX Design: Created an intuitive interface with clear navigation, real-time notifications, and data visualizations to help providers quickly access important information and take action.

Development & Integration: Built the dashboard using Next.js with TypeScript, integrated with the Dazzify backend API for real-time data synchronization, and implemented responsive design for all devices.
